Reservation Policies

Cancellation Policy

Your reservation must be cancelled/modified 48-hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid a charge of the first night’s room rate plus tax.

Credit/Debit Card Authorization Policy

Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check in for the amount of your stay, plus $100 per night to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution, and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Early Departures

Any modifications to your original departure date must be made 48-hours prior to your scheduled arrival. During your stay, any modifications made to your departure date will result in a charge equal to one night’s room rate plus tax. Please note that any alterations to your reservation may change the room rate.

Room Guarantee

A credit card is required to confirm your booking. Any reservation booked with an invalid credit card will not be honored and the hotel assumes no responsibility for inaccurate information. All rates are for single or double occupancy unless specified otherwise. Additional Guests can be added for an additional $20 per guest per day. Maximum occupancy limitations for room types still apply. Roll Away Bed $25 per day. Availability is limited.

Parking

An overnight parking fee of $25.00 per day will be applied to your account daily. Self-parking includes in/out privileges for overnight hotel guests.

Children

There is no additional charge for children 12 and under staying in an adult’s room. Maximum occupancy limitations for room types still apply. Cribs and Pack & Plays may be requested at no charge. Availability is limited.

Pets

We welcome service animals in compliance with federal and state laws, however pets are not permitted in the hotel.

Smoking Policy

Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa is a smoke-free property. A fee of $400 per day will be charged for each day that the room is unavailable to sell due to any violation of this policy.

Secure Reservations

If you decide to make an online reservation at the Site, you will be linked to a reservation interface and a third party booking engine (“Booking Engine”) provided by a vendor. While it may appear to be part of the Site, the Booking Engine is in fact provided by a third party and is governed by its privacy practices. We understand that security remains the primary concern of online consumers and have chosen the Booking Engine vendor carefully. All information sent to this site, if in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session, is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to third parties.

Retention of Data

How we will verify that it is really you submitting the request
