There is no additional charge for children 12 and under staying in an adult’s room. Maximum occupancy limitations for room types still apply. Cribs, Pack & Play may be requested at no charge. Availability is limited.

Your reservation must be cancelled/modified 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid a charge of the first night’s room rate plus tax. Please note that some packages and promotional rate codes may have different cancellation requirements. For specific details, refer to the Terms & Conditions listed in your booking confirmation.

Credit/Debit Card Authorization Policy

Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check in for the amount of your stay, plus $100 per night to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution, and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Early Departure

Any modifications to your original departure date must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. During your stay, any modifications made to your departure date will result in a charge equal to one night’s room rate plus tax. Please note that any alterations to your reservation may change the room rate.

Groups are subject to the terms of a contract including cancellation policy and performance requirements. In the event that a group of rooms are booked as individual reservations, the hotel reserves the right to require the block of rooms to be subject to the terms and conditions of a contract.

A credit card is required to confirm your booking. Any reservation booked with an invalid credit card will not be honored and the hotel assumes no responsibility for inaccurate information. All rates are for single or double occupancy unless specified otherwise. Additional guests can be added for a $20 per guest per day. Maximum occupancy limitations for room types still apply. Roll Away Bed $25 per day. Availability is limited.

The Lafayette Park Hotel & Spa is a smoke-free property (including e-cigarettes), and all guestrooms and public areas are designated as such. A $500 smoking fee per day will be charged for each day the guestroom is unavailable for booking if evidence of smoking is found in your room or on the premises.
