Audiovisual services help transform ordinary meetings into extraordinary events. Swank Audio Visuals, our on-site audio visual partner, maintains an office and facilities in the Hotel, complete with equipment, management staff and technicians. Their services include, but are not limited to:

From bands to DJ’s, magicians to professional sabreurs, our Catering and Conference Services team can arrange entertainment and musical acts to compliment and accent any event.


The Hotel features its own full-service shipping and receiving office. There is a dedicated receiving department on site to facilitate the easy acceptance of materials for conference planners, which will be stored in a separate conference storage area.

In addition, our engineering department is available for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control, minor repairs and anything else to meet your needs.
